About The Project:
After the successful development and launch of BFC’s websites, 4SPOTS recommended developing an iPhone Application that would enable users to access information related to currencies directly through their smartphones.
The Challenge:
With the rise in the usage of smartphone applications, we wanted to develop an app that gave users access to information quickly and efficiently ensuring that the BFC brand was visible and tangible.
The Strategy:
Working with BFC’s team, 4SPOTS designed a simple but effective iPhone app that connected to BFC’s data server to give users the latest currency rates as well as a currency calculator. The app was designed to install quickly and access the data whenever required through secure and stable access protocols. We worked on developing the app to load quickly and allow users to access the different screens with smooth transition effects that made the experience seamless.
The Success:
Within days of the launch, users were downloading and installing the application from the itunes store. Users also posted positive reviews about the application which helped promote it even more. All in all users were happy that they were able to access information related to currency rates quickly while on the move.
