About The Project:

The old AMH website did not achieve the brand value AMH hoped for and therefore 4spots were requested to revamp their website, to not only be more attractive in terms of design but also more efficient and interactive.  Bearing in mind the many potential customers on the Island of Bahrain, the website needed to be not just attractive and appealing to a very large target market, but had to be extremely user-friendly and provide large amounts of information regarding the various services provided.

About The Client:

Established in 1904, American Mission Hospital has been providing healthcare for the people of Bahrain for over a hundred years in a non-profit setting. One of the most popular hospitals in Bahrain, AMH prides itself on providing quality, affordable medical services to all who seek their care.

The Challenge:

The challenge for this project was to emphasise the heritage and history of the institution whilst also reflecting on its modernity. It was necessary to not only provide information regarding all the different types of medical services, but clearly outline the different departments and doctors associated with each one.  The site had to be designed to provide information quickly effectively while being reassuring.

Solution:

By structuring the website to contain essential information primarily as well as additional information secondary, we ensured that all patients’ queries can be answered.

Not only can users find all the needed times, phone numbers, doctors’ details and department information all on one page, but they can also request an appointment from anywhere on the website. 

This information, coupled with functionalities such as a media centre, a career module and a community outreach section, showcases how AMH has the reputation it has earnt over the years in Bahrain.
