4SPOTS applies the ‘User-Centric’ Design Methodology, which involves 4 key stages: from Discovery to Delivery. Once the project is kicked off, the team will initiate the Discovery phase by capturing in detail the requirements of the client as well as the Website end-users. Working from abstract concepts down to specific technical details, an optimal Information Architecture is drawn up to ensure the usability of the site is at its best and appropriate content for the target audiences are served.After the initial Mock ups have been approved, the final Design is delivered as a mean to further support the navigational flow of the Website/Application. 4SPOTS team will now Develop the site/App and make sure it is thoroughly tested before the training and final Delivery to the client.
